I am an artist from Canada; residing in Victoria, B.C. Growing up on the west coast I became interested in the skies, ocean and islands that were my backyard. I'm striving to paint seascapes around the Gulf Islands at the moment, but also do figurative work. I paint watercolours and acrylic on canvas. Both mediums have their strengths and weaknesses and I love both. My inspirations are drawn from eastern landscape painters and print makers such as Hiroshige and also watercolourist masters like Turner.
